Ticket upgrade

Hi all! We are visiting family in California Aug 24-Sept 1. And plan on visiting disney monday aug 26 with our back up 2nd day (if we need it)being thursday aug 29. We LOVE Disney! We've been to WDW twice and DL once(but kids were so small I don't remember much) Our dilema is we are very limited on our time. I personally want to buy a 2 day hopper pass and do both days. my more realistic husband doesnt think we'll have time in our schedule for 2 days and wants to try to do both parks in one day! Bc I'm a planner, and we are going to focus on things we can't do at WDW, I think we could do it BUT I told him that I would only agree to one day, only if he agrees that I can add on an extra day before we leave if i dont get everything done that i want to do. Hes pretty convinced that we cant add days to our tickets once we enter the parks on monday. I thought we could, but i cant find any info on it, so help! Can we add on an extra day to our 1 day hopper tickets before we leave the parks?

Wow, that seems like a lot to cram into one day at 2 parks even if they are right next to each other. From what I've read elsewhere, you should be able to upgrade your single-day park hopper ticket to add additional days but it must be done before the ticket "expires" and should be done at least 1 hr before park closing.

My opinion, doing everything you want in ONE day in AUGUST is going to be next to impossible. Although not 100% sure, I agree that your ticket may be upgraded from one day hopper to two day hopper as long as you do it on the same day that the original ticket is valid.

ya, I know it's going to be tuff to do everything in one day. I personally want to do 2 days, but I'm willing to try it and if I can't get it all in...I'll add on a ticket before we go. Thanks everyone! Wish me luck! I'm gonna need it!
