 No Haunted Carriage rides this year
Just read that there are no Haunted Carriage rides at Fort Wilderness this year. No idea if they've been discontinued permanently.  I hope not. We loved doing it and I'd hoped to do it again sometime.

No they didn't have them last year. I wanted to do it for DD's bday. We did it years ago & had a blast!

We did it in 2010 and it was one of the highlights of the whole trip. I am so glad we did it back then. Such a shame that they aren't doing them again this year. I wonder why?
Are they still offering the holiday "sleigh" rides around Christmas? We did that one in 2011, and really enjoyed that one too, but not as much as the haunted carriage ride!

Wasn't the carriage sold on ebay a few years ago. Doesn't sound like they are coming back.

There were more than just one carriage. The carriage we road in for the haunted carriage ride was just like any of the other carriages at some of the other Disney resorts. And there were at least 5 carriages that went out around the same time as ours. I don't think it's a matter of the carriage being sold on ebay.
