Default It pays to keep checking

Not sure if this is the right section for this but here goes. We are leaving tomorrow for Disney. Only planned this trip less than three weeks ago after catching a great rate on airfare out of Pittsburgh, thank you SWA. Everyone wanted to eat at 50's Diner in Hollywood Studios but as you can imagine, sold out. I kept checking every single day , up to three times a day, for the last three weeks for hopefully a cancellation and at last just checked and there is a 6:50 PM dinner opening at the 50's. The family is thrilled!

It does pay to be persistent. We once found a breakfast reservation for a time we wanted at Chef Mickey's just two days before our trip started. May the magic continue throughout your vacation!!

It really does pay off to keep checking. Especially with the new cancellation policy, we were able to add a new meals at the last minute on our last trip.

    Enjoy!

Congrats! That's how I got our BoG reservation. (Of course the fiancé immediately said, "who eats dinner at 4:30?" and I thwacked him over the head -- I WILL dine at the Beast's castle! Lol)

There are always crazy people out there like ME, who have to reschedule their trip. I just now cancelled a perfectly fabulous dinner reservation at Be Our Guest in the middle of spring break season. I hope I make someone's day when they are able to pick up our spot!

    Congratulations!!!

We often have a late lunch/early dinner between 3:30-5:00. I'm sure there are others out there who do the same thing. Dinner at 4:30 means that you'll have plenty time to enjoy the park after dinner, and still have room for a gooey, yummy dessert.
