Following this post too...we won't be going to Epcot though. Last time we went we loved the dole whip float and turkey legs. DH cannot wait to have one of the deluxe cookie of brownie sundaes. I do know DH and will likely share many snacks as some are huge!

    Default Epcot

There is a new snack in Epcot.

It is at a snack kiosk to your right when you begin to make your way around World Showcase toward Canada.

It is a cross between a croissant and a donut.

    I have heard good things....

I also in Epcot, I like to hit up the Caramel Shop in Germany. I am a big fan of the caramel corn there.

In Italy there is a kiosk that sells Tiramisu (a must do for my husband).

At Sunshine Seasons (in The Land) they have a wonderful Strawberry Shortcake....

In Norway, everyone likes the School Bread, but I had the sweet, soft pretzel that has almonds on it and I liked it better....

Here is another one from France. They have a new icecream shop where the old bakery was and they are selling an ice cream sandwich type thing with your choice of ice cream and chocolate or raspberry sauce on brioche roll and then heated/pressed on a device that looks like a waffle maker. I will be trying this one on my next trip....

I am throwing these things out there, but I must admit that I do not know if all of these can be purchased with a "snack credit" or not. These are just some of the snacks we like in Epcot...

...and don't pass up the Sake` bar in the back of Mitsokoshi store in the Japan pavilion in Epcot.

You've gotten some great suggestions above. A few others that my family enjoy include:
    -Citrus Swirl in the MK
    -Pastries in France (Epcot)
    -Kaki Gori (Epcot, Japan)
    -Butterfinger Cupcake (Starring Rolls, DHS)

    EPCOT
In Norway, the sweet pretzel with almond slivers has been my favorite as long as Norway has been part of WS. I always ask the CM to package it to go, and it is my "treat in the room" when I want something sweet. Stored in a plastic bag, it will stay fresh until the last bite. I wish I had one right now.
Both bakeries in Norway and France have such delicious treats.

    MK
Last August, I discovered a delicious Mickey-shaped cookie in the Confectionery on Main Street. The ears were iced in colored icing.

    RESORTS
I've found delicious oatmeal raisin cookies in the food courts at the various resorts. This is another of my "treat in the room" when I want something sweet. Most likely, the bakery in your resort food court has them.
I've never looked for them in any of the parks, but they probably are available wherever cookies are on the menu.

These are so good and they are big too. I get one every visit to DHS. And it's a carrot cake cookie sandwich. Two big cookies with sweet cream cheese in the middle!

I'm on board with the Kringla Sweet Pretzel in Norway. Yummmy!

I also like the get the cinnamon glazed almonds, which can find in Adventureland near the Tiki Room or over in Fantasyland near the Tea Cups.

I also like the chocolate covered bananas. I got those at AK on our first trip and now I get one on every trip.

    Default Snacks for Little Ones

Dole whip, definitely! Also, the crepes in France.

If you have any little ones with you, I recommend the strawberry fruit bars (popsicles). They are available at many ice cream/drink carts and they can be helpful when kids are getting hot & tired or get hungry before everyone else. They're at least made with fruit, so it's a little bit like food. They were a lifesaver for us. We also liked getting the fruit & cheese snacks at the Animal Kingdom fruit bar to keep the kids going between meals.

Finally, if you can get over to Port Orleans French Quarter, the beignets in the food court are really good!!
