"RC Racer" is specifically the name of the attraction you're looking for. It doesn't loop, it only rocks back and fourth at extreme inclines on each side. It can be quite exhilarating, really!

The reason I didn't just simply name only this attraction was because Zawadi's clue seems to indicate this attraction AND the "Slinky Dog Zigzag Spin" attraction which is located just across the way. So, I just gave out the whole land as the location -- "Toy Story Playland". Seems correct.

Ok, yes the answer was Toy Story Playland. This can be found at both Disneyland Paris and Hong Kong Disneyland.

"Start chasing your tail" referred to Slinky Dog Zigzag Spin.
