The clues are making me think of the "Monsters, Inc. Mike & Sulley to the Rescue!" attraction at DCA.

I really only clued in by the taxi clue, to be honest. Not sure about the other two. Perhaps the ball somewhere around Boo with the bat hitting Randall... and the rug could be... I dunno... somewhere in there?
