He does not and never has. The only character breakfast where you can meet Mickey in the entire Disneyland Resort is at the Surf's Up Breakfast with Mickey & Friends at Disney's Paradise Pier Hotel. Stitch also appears at that particular breakfast as it was originally *his* breakfast before guest demand had Mickey added.

Not sure why they did the last move because when people could see the characters through the windows the lines were really long. Now they've moved them out of site (or they had this time last year - lol) the lines were much shorter.
