When do they announce the dates for Halloween Party? Also when do the tickets go on sale?

Last year's MNSSHP dates (and MVMCP dates) were announced on April 30th and went on sale May 1st. I would expect something similar for this year.

I don't know how accurate this is, but I look at the WDW park calendar for MK in Sept /Oct and start looking to see what dates the park closes at 7. I had seen that posted somewhere. I'm sure someone will correct me, and this is not 100% accurate but for early planning it may help.
