Peanut Allergy safe snacks

Our little boy has severe peanut and nut and egg allergies and I was wondering if anyone knows where I could get a list of Disney snacks so I can check there safety for these allergens. I would need to know about the chance of cross contamination also. For instance a Mickey ice cream bar I would like to see the list of ingredients and where it was made for cc. Like a phone number etc. would be helpful.

You can email [email protected] at least 14 days prior to your trip to get some great information. I had to do it for my daughter who has a milk protein allergy. They were very helpful!! The chefs are wonderful about working with you once you arrive at each restaurant. Have a great trip!

This is one little tid bit.

Harbour House in the MK has a cookie that is free of a few major allergens, including peanuts and tree nuts. I'm not sure of the others, so please look into it (w/out eggs or dairy...)

There are quite a few options. Our DS has peanut allergies and at the time of our last visit some of his favorites were...

popcorn
popsicles
frozen lemonade
Enjoy Life candy bars
lollipops
french fries

I am not sure if these items are still nut free but they were a few years ago.

Eating out was a great experience. Almost all the QS locations have a dedicated gluten free/nut free fryers. The backlot express at Hollywood Studios does not.

Allergy eats is a website that reviews the different restaurants with food allergies in mind. We did not have a positive experience at the San Angel inn. The waiter spoke very little English and they would not send a chef out to talk to us, a first at WDW.

If you don't get a chef to come out and talk you I would leave.

If your son wants chicken nuggets be sure to call ahead to your TS restaurant and let them know. Otherwise be ready to wait for a looooooong time. I don't think they stock them at all the places and have to get them from other places on property.
