The Happiest Place on Earth is about to get spookier again, when Halloween Time at the Disneyland Resort returns September 12 through October 31. And there will be even more thrills and chills with 14 nights of Mickey’s Halloween Party at Disneyland park!

Halloween Time features the popular seasonal attractions, Haunted Mansion Holiday and Space Mountain Ghost Galaxy, along with some famous Disney Villains, Mickey Mouse and his friends in Halloween costumes, the Dia de los Muertos celebration and the special after-hours Mickey’s Halloween Party (a separate, ticketed event).

You can purchase your Mickey’s Halloween Party tickets early here. Be sure to mark your calendars for the following dates:
• July 16: Tickets on sale to Disneyland Resort Annual Passholders, Disney Rewards Visa card holders and Disney Vacation Club members
• July 30: Tickets on sale to general public

Mickey's Halloween Party is a special ticketed event.

Entertainment
Some of the entertainment you can look forward to during Mickey’s Halloween Party nights at Disneyland:

• Monster’s U Dance Party at Tomorrowland Terrace
• Halloween Screams, exclusive Halloween fireworks spectacular
• Trick or Treat stations
• Mickey’s Costume Party Cavalcade, exclusive Halloween parade
• Disney Villains will prowl the grounds and provide photo opportunities
• Dance parties with lively music, creepy crafts and activities for the whole family


Costumes
All event guests – including adults – may wear a costume while following these guidelines:

• Costumes should be child friendly
• Costumes should not be obstructive, offensive, or violent
• Costumes should not drag on the ground
• Costumes should not contain sharp or pointed objects or materials that may accidentally strike another guest
• Costumes should not contain any weapons which resemble or could easily be mistaken for an actual weapon
• Masks may be worn, but they must not obstruct vision and eyes must be visible at all times
• If a costume does not meet these guidelines and cannot be modified, a guest may be refused entry into the event
• Guests who dress like Disney Characters may not pose for pictures or sign autographs


Smoking Policy
Mickey’s Halloween Party is a completely non-smoking event and there will be no designated smoking areas within Disneyland Park. Exit and re-entry is permitted to designated smoking areas in the Esplanade outside the Disneyland Main Entrance.


Ticket and Event Information
• May not be combined with other discounts
• No ticket is required for guests two-years-old and under
• Space is limited and tickets are available while supplies last
• Tickets are valid for admission to the designated party and to the theme park beginning at a specified time prior to party commencement
• Tickets are nonrefundable and may not be sold or transferred for commercial use
• Days and times of operation and all other elements including, but not limited to, operation of attractions, entertainment, services, stores and restaurants, appearances of Characters and applicable theme park may vary and are subject to change without notice

General ticket sales for Mickey’s Halloween Party begin on July 30, 2014. Passholder ticket sales begin July 16. Each ticket includes admission to Disneyland up to three hours prior to the event’s start time and complimentary parking for one standard sized vehicle.

I'm glad you found a number to call. They announced that discounts were available for Passholders, DVC members and Visa holders but I could only ever find links to the Passholder ordering site.

And, by the way, several of those dates have had the price changed so that Passholders, etc. get the same pre-order price as the general public.

Thanks I got my tickets and am ready to go. The Dia de los Muertos area is interesting. I saw it last year. It is very well done and worth a peek. This is my first time doing the Halloween party. I normally wouldn't do it since we are not bringing the kids but we get there mid day Friday and it is cheaper than another days admission and the Magic Kingdom would be closed anyway without it. Hopefully most of the rides will be open. I think it will be nice to see once.
