Quicksilver to Universal

This is the first time we are going to Universal while we are at Disney and are thinking of using Quicksilver to get there. Can you guys give me some information about them? When do they pick you up? When do you pay them? Are they reliable? Thanks!!

We use them for airport transfers each trip and used them to Universal two years ago. We made our reservation and let them know what time to pick us up at the hotel and our return time from Universal. They dropped us off at the bottom of the escalator and showed us where they would pick us up. They do collect in full when they drop you off (they do this with airport transfers too) but I've never had a problem with a return. When they confirm your booking they give you an emergency number to call if you have a problem locating your driver. When you pay they give you a card with all the return information on it.
