going on the DVC tour tomorrow

Hello All,

Believe it or not, in all our trips to Disney, we've never really given DVC any serious thought.

Well, they have convinced to go on the tour tomorrow, and while we won't purchase on the spot, is there anything specific we should ask them about? Anything we should be aware of?

Maintenance fees or yearly dues. They are expensive and you will pay them every year for the remainder of your lease.

Look into the advantages and disadvantages of buying direct through Disney or resale. Resale is a whole lot cheaper but is limited to WDW and RCI.
