What a great way to celebrate!! There are so many things to do that would make the trp special - what does your son want as a special treat? I think that's where I'd start. I could suggest many things but they may be of little interest to your son.

I got to celebrate my DD's 21st Bday together at California Grill. We had 7:30 ressies. We had a night filled with pixie dust with seats at the window and watched the fireworks at our table. They brought her creme brulee which was the best dessert we had all week! We had a super waiter and I wouldn't change a thing about that night!
I am sure whatever you plan will be just as special!

You've got Jellyrolls, house of blues (DTD), drinks around the world (Epcot), drinks around the monorail loop, several good choices for those of us 21+. DTD has several.
