Expensive Week

So last week I book our holiday to Jamaica for next June so deposit paid. When I get home the fridge freezer has decided it would rather be a cupboard so off we go later that evening to buy a new one. More money there. A couple of days later the shower doesn't heat up and in chilly British mornings - not good. Cue a plumber and new shower as old one not repairable. So more money.
Just needed to share how much we've spent this last week or so.

First of all, please tell us about your Jamaica trip when you get back! We've never been either, and I'm excited to hear how your trip goes.

Second, you absolutely have my sympathies. Why do these things always happen all at once?

Thanks for the sympathy. However hopefully now they won't need replacing for a few years yet ( more crossing of fingers)
