    Default Family of 6

Planning a november trip! We have a family of 6. Looking at villas! Any suggestions/opinions? Looking at Beach Club villas right now. Haven't been since 2011. Thanks!

We did beach club villas recently. In my case it was the same room that you get in the hotel, just a longer walk. The BCV does have its own little pool but we were only interested in storm along bay- the main pool. I haven't stayed at every hotel yet but beach club is in my top 3. For me it's the best pool because it's so shallow for the kids. Can't go wrong if you are spending a lot of time at Epcot. Also I much prefer the boardwalk over disney springs.

You can also look at one of the Wilderness cabins. I believe there is a Queen bed, a set of bunk beds and a hide-a-bed. You also get a full kitchen.

Have you ever considered staying off site? You can get a 3 bed 3 bath townhouse for a week in Windsor Hills for around $1,700. Windsor Hills is about 2 miles from Disney.

How about a suite at the AoA ?? We just stayed there over NYE and our room was HUGE!! Queen bed in the BR with full shower. Pull out sofa that sleeps 2 and the table drops down to sleep 2, plus a full bath. I liked it there as far as the size of the room. It is a value resort and can get a bit loud but overall I was VERY impressed .... PS .. .the food court was very good !!

We have a family of 7 and prefer two value rooms. Everyone gets a bed and we are only there to sleep, shower and eat breakfast. If you call they will put you on one reservation as long as there isn't more than two adults.

We took our six kids for spring break and choose two adjoining rooms. Was nice to have some separation for the kids and everyone had a bed!

    Hi Nicole,

With our family of 5, we frequently travel with 6 - 8 (with bf's and gf's). For space and value, Old Key West is a great place...assuming, like us, you want to stay onsite. If price isn't a huge consideration, Bay Lake Tower is our top choice when we have 6 or more.

We are big fans of the BW Villas as well - and a 2 BR works great.

We have stayed at the FW Cabins...and while I love FW...the beds are very uncomfortable...and the double in the back room is small...and the Murphy bed is just OK...BUT...we have stayed there more than once...so I guess it cant be that bad....

I understand the cabins have been redone and no longer have the Murphy beds.
