Last minute decision - PreTrip Report

I decided at the last minute to book a trip to the World for the end of January! I looked at various Disney owned hotels, dvc rental specials but ended up at the Dolphin! I love the location and it was 170/night (after taxes and resort fee). I could not beat that! Only downside is no Magical Express but worth the savings!

Airfare was decent (I should have held out as it did drop, oh well!)

I got the buy 3 day hopper and get 4th free

It will be my son and I and we got the following ADRs

Be Our Guest (lunch)
Le Cellier
Prime Time
Les Chef France

I booked some Fast Passes but not tons since I figure getting up early we will have no issues getting on the rides we want. I will miss Soarin for sure!

I love being able to walk to Epcot and Studios and even if its only in the 60s it will be warmer then here!

Enjoy your trip!! The good thing about last-minute trips is you hardly have any time to wait for the trip to arrive!!

I didn't know that, I'm flying home Delta but JB prices dropped the day after (I'm flying down JB). Oh well! Good to know about S.W. I do like them but they were the highest by far. Thanks!
