What quick service place is at the Boardwalk? Is it the only place on BW property that offers mug refill stations?

When we were there this past May, you were able to refill your mug at the BoardWalk Bakery. As for quick service food on the Boardwalk, they have a walk up pizza window, they have various kiosk/carts that sell funnel cakes/hotdogs/etc. At the BW itself, the main pool has a limited menu and the Belle Vue Lounge has coffee/tea and pastries.
