Just a follow-up. We got home last night as originally scheduled. We lucked out completely. Our original flight home was scheduled for yesterday (Sat 10/8) at 5:55pm on Southwest. Chose it because it was a bit cheaper and gave us the morning to spend at MK. Southwest cancelled all flights on Friday and Saturday - except those leaving after 5pm. SW resumed normal operations as of 5pm yesterday. Our flight was one of the first SW flights out of MCO yesterday.

Despite the storm, we had a nice time.
