The Walt Disney World resort has confirmed that the location designated in the "Project H" permits will be the future site of the Star Wars Hotel:

This experience stands out among all of our destinations around the globe. Families visiting this destination will board a starship that comes alive with characters and stories that unfold all around them during their voyage through the galaxy – and every cabin window has views of space! Guests visiting the multi-day adventure will also be welcome to participate as a resident of the Galaxy by dressing in Star Wars-inspired attire.

Another permit has been filed that appears it could be related to "Project H". Permit 20180221880 has been filed with the Orange County Comptroller for the General Improvement of "1005W Building - Foundation, Steel Structure, Core & Shell".
The location for the construction is on Cypress Drive, which is the backstage road above S. Studio Drive in the "Project H" permits (shown below). While this location does not appear to line-up directly with the construction site defined in the "Project H" permits; its proximity could be the "transition" or related to how Guests will privately access Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge.

Walt Disney Imagineering has recently filed two permits with the South Florida Water Management District for "Project H" near Disney's Hollywood Studios.
The first permit (Application #:180402-434) is an exploratory permit to perform a geotechnical boring in the Project H site.
The second permit (Permit#:48-00714-P) is to clear the 9.5 Acre Project H site (shown in Blue).
The details and diagrams for the two permits are summarized below:

Based on the proximity of the 9.5 acre project site just south of the future Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge land, it is anticipated that "Project H" is the yet-to-be-named Star Wars Hotel.

Is this what my parking fee is paying for?

You know...a park with a billion people in it is no fun. It's not entertaining. In the summer months, it's 10x more miserable. And yet they keep planning additional lodging. Will the new lands really help disperse the influx of visitors?
