I've actually eaten there a couple of times before and I have always liked it, but we had reservations last week for dinner one night, and it was amazing.

It was, in fact, the best meal I've ever had at Walt Disney World in my 20-something years of going to the parks.

It was Prix Fixe, and so I ordered an appetizer of California Rolls just to try something different. I'm not a sushi person really. But California Rolls aren't bad, and these were pretty good. Then the entree was the Pork Tenderloin with polenta, and it was roll-my-eyes-back-in-my-head good. For dessert I had a plate of five small bites, each one representing one of the head chefs in the history of the restaurant. It was perfect. The service was amazing. The view was amazing. The food was cooked perfectly, and presented wonderfully.

Look, if you've never had a chance to eat there, do it. Save up for it, make the time for it, etc. Totally worth it.
