Does anyone know how far in advance you have to book your wedding. My best friend wants to get married there. How much does it cost?

    Check out www.disneyweddings.com
There is a bunch of info on their site about their weddings and honeymoons, and you can also request more info.

    Hope this helps!

I'm getting married there next week, so I can help a little bit.

You can't book the Pavilion more than 1 year in advance. Even at that, you can only pick the day you'd like to get married. They won't confirm the date until 9 months out. Depends on how many people want the date you are looking for, etc. We didn't have a problem, but for Valentines Day, Christams, etc, you will probably have some trouble. It's NOT first come first served.

As far as cost, it's tough. You can get by with about $7500 which is the minimum, but it is just that, the minimum. The sky is the limit on the high end. You can do MK after hours for a cool $50K+ if you'd like.

Ours is significantly more than the minimum, and we are having about 40 people. Ceremony in the Pavilion, Reception at the Grand Floridian. Our cost INCLUDES pictures and videography though, which is about $10K by itself.

Not to scare you, but it isn't cheap. I'm thinking that if you include the cost of our wedding, the rooms, park tickets, and the expected revenue from our guests during that week (food, souveniers, etc), Disney should expect around $75K from just our wedding. WOW!

    Hope that helps...

Here is a great site for planning a Disney Wedding. I used it all the time while I was planning mine. Feel free to email me if you have any questions.
