Update Pennsylvania:

The evil dolls have been temporarily repelled. Minor glitter damage has been reported in some areas, but the silly string cleanup has begun.

There have been isolated reports of blindness due to severe light reflection but it is the opinion of area leaders that these have been greatly exaggerated.
