Character Pictures?

I read in one of the guidebooks that you could write and order an autographed copy of a favorite character. I want to do this for my DS & DD for our Nov trip. Has anyone ever done this? Do you know if you can request more than one and if so which characters are available? I have an address but no number or I'd call. TIA!!!

that sounds like a good idea for my kids to get them ready for thier first trip when we go.They will think that cool that a character sent a pic of themselves just to them..
