I found if you don't play during prime time, which I can't anyway. And play at night its a bit better. A lot less people and not as bad. With a basic account they are going to put you on a busy ocean. You can change Oceans and might have a betters shot. We still need to find you Ice. We found Dino this morning. Will attempt to find Doll on the docks again when she gets back. I want to see you swinging again onto those Navy or EITC flagships!

Do they still have the limits on the levels that you can reach in free mode?

i am on this quest where i have to kill a EITC soldier and get a handkerchief, it says i can find some in a cave in tortuga, could somebody tell me instructions to where that cave is? PLEASE!

You go through the tree stump by the gyspy cart (Fabiola) which is leaving town to the left of Faithful Bride. Then entered the graveyard area where Millet and some of those guys are. Keep going down the hill until you see another treestump to go through which is the cave. Once in that cave you just keep running past all the badies until you reach what looks like a fort area that will be on your left. That's where you have to kill a thug (he's in a black coat) that's next to a sargeant usually outside. Inside the house is 2 thugs alternating which sometimes is tougher. Later in the quest you have to go into that house and get a letter in that desk.

Since a lot of people are normally doing this, you can usually find help in the area. These thugs are above level 15 or more. Our guild normally hangs out on the Patano Ocean. So we've usually got somebody in that area at least once a day helping somebody if you need help.

Hey Doll, you still standing on that boat ramp in Tortuga? Still haven't found a cute Navy sailor yet.

Fan the top level I heard was level 5. But in the new Release notes today it showed that basic accounts were now going to be having more ladders (quests) on them including Tortuga teleport totem.

Yup Cat, still keepin' my eyes peeled for you pirate gals (or guys) The good thing is, next week there's no school (Thank goodness!!!) so probably I'll be able to log on more when this week is over.. ahhh the suspense :P

Are you killing either an EITC galleon or frigate? Have to be actually level 8 and up. The 7's a lot of times don't work.

The Staff Quest is still bugged and some real bad lag issues with the Pearl battle. Few people have talked to Disney support and they got a patch coming out hopefully. I'm just happy I got my Padres teleport quest done so life is a bit easier. BTW, I charge 30 gold for teleport charges. My Fugitive Lion cruise line also has a charge for playing aboard, the crew wants cake cake (that's in Nachocat's contract)!

Did you go through the cut screens and land in Port Royal? Should have been told to go visit Will Turner. Not sure if a character being saved and not going through the beginning screens will save. Course Genie did make it through until he was suppose to leave jail. Where did you stop?? The game does save for you.

There was a bug that allowed you to buy grenades but you had actually got grenades on Notoriety level 20 (have to do Sparrow's quest). They fixed that. So you can't use them until you've been trained.

i have a unlimited access account ( i'm not bragging, lol ), anyways my heads about to burst out because every time i'm about to defeat the last ship i need for the dagger quest at the last second i get blown up, is there a way to get alot of extra money and not have to do much because i need a better ship, and i don't know how to play poker if that is your idea, u can tell me how if its your idea, and i need to get like 800 gold because i wanna get a frigate or however u spell it.

I thought I would bump this thread up, since this was our first POTC online thread and really went from Beta 1 until about a month into Live version. There's a lot of history in here.

Patti I thought this would be a good candidate for the new online section.
