If they will set aside a certain number of tables for walk-ups, I'm for them charging for no-shows. I don't mind waiting a bit (15-20 minutes) as a walk-up if there is a chance in heck of getting seated. This ADR business blocks travelers from making spontaneous and fun decisions to try a new place.
