I love the buffet they have at ShowBoat. I forget the name of it, but it's Bourban style food. I'm not a vegitarian, but I don't eat red meat. Just chicken, turkey, and some seafood, and they have a huge selection of stuff! Also, check the internet for coupons. I think we had buy one get one free coupons. Hope you have fun!

The VERY BEST BUFFET in Atlantci City is the Coral Reef (sound familiar???!!!???) at Harrah's on the Bay side.

It is not to be missed!

    Good luck!

You can also try The Quarter at The Tropicana. All kinds of good stuff there and it almost feels kind of Epcotish.

I agree- some very good places to eat at The Quarter- and it is nicely themed too! Carmine's has wonderful Italian food served family style. Cuba Libre is great for Cuban food.

If you want to go "safe" and choose a national chain- there is a Hard Rock Cafe and a Rainforest Cafe on the Boardwalk. Both have selections for vegetarians and carnivores alike.

I'll second Coral Reef at Harrah's!! We also love the sit down restaurant there, Reflections. I get the hot turkey sandwich, and it is like they put the entire turkey breast on there! Delicious!

If you like Asian cuisine, there is a P.F.Chang's in one of the hotels. They definitely have vegetarian items on the menu, and their food is always excellent.

I had this buffet at the Showboat, and I didn't like it at all... The food was mostly blah.... I would suggest House of Blues... They have cajun.... I also side with WishingStar.. Coral Reef buffet is awesome..

I've eaten at the French Quarter Buffet at the Showboat many a time just because that was always the casino we would end up in and so we always got comp rooms and coupons, hah! The food there is average. Not bad by any means but nothing to bowl you over either. It's not really all "bourbon" style either... they pretty much have everything from fried chicken to pizza to chinese food. I remember getting meatballs there and mac n cheese. I'm pretty sure there's a salad bar and a nice dessert selection. I must warn you that the line to get in can be absolutely ridiculous sometimes!

By far my favorite casino would be the Borgata, but we haven't tried their buffet yet.

I remember liking the buffet at Caesar's but it's been awhile...
