I'm getting ready to pack!! Last week of October...are you wearing shorts during day and jeans or sweats at night? Or is it starting to cool down this time of year even during the day? Thanks for the help.
We are going the first week of November and I have been contemplating the same thing. I looked up on weather.com last night and the averages were L 60 and high 80. I am sure they aren't the same as summer hot and cold since it is fall. I am planning (for a 4 day trip) a couple pairs of pants, a few shorts, shirts that can be layered and a sweat shirt. Yeah... shorts during the day and jeans or sweats as night.
Last Trip: April 2015 CBR
Next Trip: Sept 2015 Boardwalk
We went in October and November last year and it was still warm and definitely not fall-like weather, even by my South Georgia standards. I would suggest shorts or capris for the day with a light sweater or jacket that you can wear in the morning or evening when its cooler. I wore jeans a couple of days when it looked like it would be cooler and not as sunny, but I was definitely getting hot when the sun came out in the afternoons. Even in the evenings I think I would have been okay in shorts with a warmer top.
Too many trips to count since 1986!

We are going Nov 1-6 and have packed (yes, I'm a plan ahead kinda gal!) shorts/capris and tees with sweatshirts for evening. I did not pack any long pants since we will probably wear long pants down on the plane and I figured if it got cold enough we could wear those. When we went in No 04, we did not wear pants at all, even the evenings/nights were warm enough to not need them.
I live about an hour away in Tampa Bay and for example the high today is 90 degrees with a low of about 70. Our normal temps are about mid 80's with lows near 65. I would definatly take a wind breaker because you can get some cool nights especially with the rain and at night.

I am going the week of Nov 1oth and have shorts pretty much for every day. I usually throw in light jackets for mornings(although we wear with shorts) and only 1 -2 pair of jeans for late night.
