    Default Getting Recipies

In the past I was always handed a sheet with the recipie when I asked for one. This time I was told that It would be emailed to me.

That was few days shy of a month ago, and i haven't heard anything yet. Does anyone else have any experience with this?

I always heard of people getting recipes when they asked for them too. We were at Spoodles last Oct. and asked for 2 recipes. They said they would e-mail them to us also. It took more than a month to finally get the e-mail. They were not able to send me the actual recipes that I asked for, but sent a few of their most popular dishes.

What recipes are you looking for?

I've asked for recipes and it took well over a month, but did get the email. I had actually forgotten about even asking for the recipe until the email arrived.

Have you tried looking under the info central tab above? They have a section containing recipes - maybe Intercot has what you're looking for.

Your almost better off googling them. You can always fine them out there somewhere.

    Three books?

I just bought Cooking With Mickey 1 & 2 and in going through them, I noticed some of the restaurants don't exist any more or don't serve those dishes.

What is the third book? Is it more recent?

I think there is now a fourth book as well... cooking with Disney's chefs or something like that. I do know that the recipes we had emailed to us from Rose and Crown couldn't have been what we actually ate. I had the Guinness Stew and it wasn't even close to what we ate there.

    Thanks guys,

I do have several of the cookbooks. My copy of the Cooking with Mickey and the Disney Chef's allows me to make an extremely close version of the Canadian cheese soup! Kinda gets me through until the next trip. Plus I usually use those recipies for get togethers and holidays.

What I asked for this time was The vegtable breakfast lasagna from Chef Mickey's and my son wanted the friand au formage (cheese puff pastry) from Chefs de France. (shocked me since he is such a picky eater.)

Kinda sounds like just being patient will pay off.
