I like your top 3 better than your cousins, but that is just me. As for me, this is a toughy, but I would probably say:
Tower of Terror
Expedition Everest
Space Mountain
-
It looks like you and your cousin aren't that different, you only are off by one so you both have pretty similar taste.
If I had to choose just 3 it would have to be:
1. Tower of Terror
2. Everest
3. Space Mountain

Of the two lists you have, I would pick the top one. My picks would be:
Soarin

I love roller coasters, but at DW, I prefer the other things.

Yours!
Out of the 2, I would say yours, although, have to say I was not over impressed with Soarin. It was OK, but not what I'd expected.
My top 3 would be:-
1) Haunted Mansion
2) Everest
3) Tower of Terror
DW top 3 would be:-
1) Pirates of the Caribbean
2) Rock'n'roller Coaster
3) Its a small world
However, very close behind would be:-
Dinosaur, Primeval Whirl, Thunder Mountain, Space Mountain, Buzz Lightyear, Carousel of Progress, Jungle Cruise, Test Track, Mission Space, Ellens Adventure, and so on.... Get my drift? I just love them all!!!!!!!!!!!!!
