My husband and I kinda tried this last time...we split everything, so as to not get insanely stuffed.

Mexico-nachos, quesadilla, dos XX, and margaritas
Norway- I think we got a beer and a sweet treat
    China- Egg rolls and beer
Germany- we love the brats and the beer at the counter service
Japan- I think we may have skipped this due to time limitations
    America-We skipped this as well
Morocco-We love the cafe...usually split the shwarma platter and wine / beer
    France-Champagne and pastries
    GB- Fish and chips

That was so fabulous last year...we're definitely going to do it again the same way this year. We haven't really made an dining reservations just b/c we love getting "snacks" from each of the countries. All of the food has always been amazing...especially Morocco and France. My husband is French, and even he is impressed with the little French pastry cafe.

Chocolate mousse and Grey Goose Lemon Slush, both from France.

We recently bought a bottle of Grey Goose. We are going to bring home Lemon Waterice from Rita's and try to make it ourselves.

Just back, and have some new faves...they're all alcohol, though...

    in Mexico, of course
    Sultan's Coolada (sp?) in Morocco
Grey Goose Slush in France (not a new one, but great!)
Beck's (for me) and Spaten (for DH) in Germany
Peach Schnapps Tea Slush in China (they have non-alcohol versions)
    Harp's in UK
    Christi
