    Default Best pools

What are your favorite Pools and why?

I like BC pool because of sand bottom- and waterslide-and good lunch options and activities.
BW - has a wonderful slide but no real snack bar
WL has a beautiful pool and the Gyser

What other ones do you like dislike-
what are your top 3 or 5 pools

Oooh.... Hard to make a decision...

    1. Silver Springs Pool - Wilderness Lodge
I LOVE the WL pool. The theme of the pool is awesome. The courtyard at the WL is incredible. I guard at the WL pool, so I'm partial to it. It can be soo quiet and relaxing some days, but busy and fun others. I love the view of the pool from "Point", which is the guard stand that is closest to the hot tubs and the geyser.

    2. Stormalong Bay - Yacht and Beach Club
Stormalong Bay is awesome. The sand bottoms are unique and it has a unique set of pools. I love the "Deep" section of the pool on the lazy river closest to Hurricane Hanna's and the "Rising" section, which is adjacent to the slide exit where the kids activities are held. The view from the top of the slide during summer hours looking across at the Boardwalk is incredible, also. You can catch Illuminations, too!

    3. Beach Pool - Grand Floridian
The Grand pool is incredible. I love the waterfall and the zero entry into the pool. The view onto 7 Seas Lagoon is awesome. The setup and theme of the Grand pool is beautiful.

We thought that the pool area at CSR was the best in Disney. The pool at POFQ is nice and what we saw at the Grand Flo looked real nice also.We really liked the quiet pools at the CBR around mid-day.

The above are all real good. I'd also throw in the Swan and Dolphin pool. Huge waterfall, good slide, real big, lots of activities. They also have a great Cabana Bar. You can pretty much spend all afternoon hanging out there.

We love the Dig Site at CSR too. Not a big fan of sand bottom pools.

The GF is my favorite for pools because you have two really great pools with a different feel at each of them. The Courtyard Pool is relaxing and quiet, with the hot tub and pool bar so close. The Beach Pool is fun and lively, zero entry, great view, with the slide, waterfall, sandy beach, and again a pool bar right there.

I would vote for the pools at BC and WL. Both are really well done

Stormalong Bay at BC/YC, pool at Coronado, and also the pool at the AKL. The AKL pool is large, the zero-entry is great for the kids, and you can walk to the pool bar, Mara, and the animals - a very relaxing place to spend a few hours.

Hi Bryan! I haven't met a WDW pool I didn't like. I will venture out of the expected response and chime in that I really liked the CR pools. There was something so very relaxing about swimming right next to Bay Lake, the pools have been very quiet each time we were there, and that was a nice change from all of the hoopla. They were both large pools, and we were actually able to swim, not just bop around in a mass of people!!! So, as I said, I like them all for different reasons, and even the least showy of pools has its perks!
