    Default Question about broken souvenier

Hi all...Family and I just returned from the world and one of our glass wine cork stoppers that we had bought from Fultons shop at POR was broken because it was thrown in a bag with 2 heavy Mickey bottle openers...Do we call POR shop?

When that happend here I called the general disney 800 number and aske dquestions until I git the right person. They gave me a return code/number and I was to mail it back (pain in the butt) at my expense. And they would replace/fix it. I had one broken item and a hat that they never took the dye tag off of.

I called the disney merchandising number, told them that the strap of a childs croc had popped off and I could not put it back on, they asked me the transaction number on the receipt and I told them....within 5 days I had a new pair of crocs and she told me to toss the others....
Best of luck, but I would definitely call merchandising.

I also recommend calling the disney merchandise number. On our last trip, the gift shop at FQ forgot to remove the dye tag from a bag, they got us sorted out really quickly (especially since we were back home in Canada!)

Ditto merchandising - they sent me a replacement CD no questions asked when I got home and it didn't play. And like my mother says - if the first person doesn't want to help you, hang up and call again and talk to someone else!

You want to call WDW Merchandising.
    The number is 407-363-6200.
That number is also printed on all of your shopping receipts.

No matter where you made the purchase in WDW- they can help you at that number.
If you have the receipt in hand- it will help.

Did you have it shipped, or did you pack it in your luggage? If it was in your luggage, then it's not the fault of Disney and I would call merchandising and order another. If they shipped it, then they will most likely replace it.
