i had made ressies for por for may 1st-8th .well i had a change of heart and wanted to go to a deluxe resort instead [of course using the stay 4 get 3 promo] well long story shot they were all gone so wendy @ magical journeys promised us she would check every day for me in case an opening became available well my wife gats a phone call and it`s wendy and she got us into the beach club ..i just want ot thank wendy here for she is the best..

Our first expierence with MJ was in '07 with Debbie. That was just an overall great expierence working with her in the end we were book at a value and got offered an upgrade to CBR for just $5! Um.................yes we'll take it! HEHE! So now for our Nov '09 trip we've booked with MJ through Debie again and all I have to say is.....

We used MJ for the first time in '07 and got Karen. I'm sure that I drove her nuts with this request and that question. We have always booked our own trip so it was kind of hard for me to let go but so glad that I did. We are using Karen again and I think she is terrific.

Another Terrisue fan here. I have been driving her nuts for 2 weeks and finally got a 2 br villa booked at Bay Lake Towers for a great rate with a military discount. She was so excited when she was able to get it for me that she called me. I love that they are so happy to make their customers happy. They totally understand our excitement and share it with us.

Another pat on the back for Wendy. Back in spring of 2004 we had what I thought was an impossible situation and was ready to cancel our whole trip when I decided to contact MJ. Wendy got back to me immediately.
In no time at all she had solved our problems and got us exactly what we wanted.
She has planned every trip for us since then and I couldn't be more pleased.

Kathy at MJ has done wonders for us. We booked a bouncback last fall for free diing this fall. Then after the holidays we invited my husbands aunt and uncle to come with us to spend time with our daughteres in the happiest place on earth. At this time we switched our ressie to Kathy at MJ. Then YAY... I got a pin code for free dining and asked if auntie and unclle can use it... She called Disney and rebooked US with the pincode for free dining (which wasn't a change for us since we had free dining anyway... ) but it allowed auntie and uncle to use it too since we were traveling together... !!! This saved them $320 from having to purchase the DDP. We are still all able to stay at POP (our HOME) ... It is working out WONDERFULLY! I am so happy! Whenever we used our local TA, I always had to call THEM and tell THEM about the deals that Disney was having... and then they would look into it... (Of course I got all the info right here on Intercot!) It's so nice to know that Kathy is on top of things for us!

I've always booked directly through WDW because it never occured to me to do it any other way. After all I've read about MJ, I'll definitely try them for our next trip!

Just wondering a few things. Are they able to get you lower prices? Do they have a better opportunity to book special offers for you? Are you given any extra benefits at your resort for having booked through them?

I love Magical Journeys. They've done great work and helped me and my girlfriend be able to afford to go the same week with my parents so we could get to spend time in Disney with them. We're going this May thanks to them too! I can't wait and neither can she!!!
