Lets go in March! Day FOUR!!

Off to 1900 Park Fare to start our day today. I heard so many amazing things about this place. We monorailed it to the Grand Flo and downstairs we went. I just don't love it here. I don't love the Grand Floridian and we didn't love the whole vibe at 1900. I don't enjoy the whole Victorian theme. 1900 was goooood...but a bit overrated in our eyes. The food was the usual Disney breakfast buffet food. Very good, but just that. The characters came fast and furious, so I was nervous to get up and miss them. The Mad Hatter was insane. He kept screaming "CHERRIO!" and flinging cherrios at me. http://s424.photobucket.com/albums/p...t=SANY0893.jpg Kai loved Mary Poppins since Kai is playing Bert in his spring concert. The birthday girl was shot. http://s424.photobucket.com/albums/p...t=SANY0903.jpg The boys stayed at the resort a bit more and us girls got a head start over to DHS. Wanted to use our DVC fastpasses for toystory mania. Needed to get there before the fastpass machine closed. We got in line for fastpasses, and they closed the machines!! We were 3 people away from getting them. I asked the lady and she said she would honor our DVC fastpasses. We walked away with 5 of them, and waited for the boys. Off to the writers shoppe for me and the girls. The girls shared Peanut butter cookies, an iced latte for me..and then off to see Tow mater and the red car... We saw a 14 year old girl, a 17 year old girl and a 21 year old male. We voted for the boy. He rocked Kissed by a rose, by Seal. we like this ride, but still love Buzz better..Did a quick Great movie ride and off to Beauty and the Beast. Katie is in this play for her spring musical so this was a must do and a first for us. http://s424.photobucket.com/albums/p...t=SANY0952.jpg Then the boys and Katie got tattos...they always do this..the boys got arm bands, and Katie a chinese symbol for love, on her inside wrist. We had Fantasmic dinner package ressies, and we called and cancelled. We wanted an evening at the Polynesian. We went back to the lounge and had the offerings for dinner..make your own asian noodle bowl and sushi's. Wonderful. We brought all the food to our patio and enjoyed a quiet dinner with the ducks, the lagoon and the castle in view. Another great day Lisa!! I LOVE the dress Khloe got!! So cute!!

DD and I did breakfast at 1900 on her birthday last March. I kind of had the same feeling, it's a bit over-rated. All the same WDW breakfast buffet stuff! I told her that maybe we'd return for lunch when Cinderella's Stepmother and Stepsisters are there!

It sounds like you had a very nice relaxing evening at "Home"

Addendum to Day Four!!!
I just remembered this was the one night we didn't do Wishes from our patio. We went to MK in the eve until closing. We were the last to ride Big Thunder, and then we watched Wishes from the Bridge in Frontierland. We waited for the crowds to leave,..we got a new Citrus Swirl from Aloha Isle and sat in the covered area with the tables next to it. Then we stopped in the Emporium on the way out for some shopping. It was a mob scene. I won't be shopping there at closing ever again!!! It was fun watching how quickly the clean up crews were on the job at closing. Boy do they have that down!! Another great day!!

Again thanks so much for sharing the pictures - it really brings me back and being in California we don't get out to WDW nearly as much as I would like to.

The idea of the Mad Hatter throwing Cheerios at you just makes me crack up, sorry. Wow. That is a little crazy. Khloe is adorable in her sundress. I love your relaxing dinner. Sounds like a wonderful evening after a busy day.

Love Khloe's dress. If I were a tiny teenager again I'd buy that dress for myself. Hahaha. Another amazing day. Its taking me long to read your reports because I am looking through all your pictures. Seeing all your pictures of your kids at the Poly makes me super excited for November. I don't think we'll want to leave. We had dinner at 1900 park fair and our entire party of 16 thought it was the worst meal we've ever had in all of WDW. GF just doesn't do it for us either. I am not at all a fan of victorian decor. Ok off to read more.

The thing about the Cheerios made me chuckle, too. Glad to hear that the CM was agreeable & you were able to exchange your FP vouchers for TSM.

Yep, we've learned our lesson at closing and won't go NEAR the Emporium's doors.
