Who or Where to get a list of characters?

Okay I am just wondering if when I get to Disney is there someone I can call, ask, talk to and get a list of what charcters will be where? There has got to be some sort of daily schedule for these people. Even if I have to ask at each park I will, but who?

There are quite a few ways to find out what characters will be out what days:

* You can get a times guide which will have the most basic character meet and greets, although there are quite a few not generally listed

*You can go to city hall and ask them to call the Chip hotline for any specific characters

*Or if you see a character attendant they generally have a list of what characters are out for the day and where.

I thought I remmebered asking an attendent and they pulled out a small sheet of paper with all the characters that would be out for the day but my husband said that didn't happen. This is why I don't normally listen to him.

But I didn't know about the chip hotline could you call from your resort phone? or do you have to be in MK? I was really interested in the one's not listed on the times guide. We ran into Marie in France once. She was my daughters Fav behind Sleeping Beauty and we where lucky to run into her.
