    Default Ticket questions??

    Ok, here's the scoop:

Nov. 11 -- 1 night @ POR, no tickets, room only
    Nov. 12 -- 3 night DCL cruise
    Nov. 15 - 22 -- 7 nights @ POP and parks MYW 7 day hopper

Past trips have always been 11 nights (Wed. thru to Sunday of the next week) with a 10 day hopper ticket, therefore, the first and last days are not park days.
The cruise in the middle of this vacation has me wondering about my options.

    Here's the question:
Is it possible for me to book the 1 night at POR with an 8 day hopper ticket (only 6 dollars more for both of us) so we can go to a park on that first day and use the rest of the days on the ticket when we return to POP from the cruise (changing the POP res. to room only)?

If this is a feasible scenrio, the dining plan would be out as an option, right?

    Confused yet? I am!!!

    TIA

I believe the answer is yes.

I would make both resort reservations room only, and then just buy an 8-day ticket on its own, that way it isn't tied to any room key, etc.

You have 14-days to use the ticket, so that's no problem.

You are correct though, since the stay at POP wouldn't be a package without a ticket, you couldn't do the dining plan...unless you bought an extra 1-day ticket, and saved it for future use, if you really wanted the DDP.
