We just returned from The World. We were a little concerned with crowd levels after reading several reports of how crowded the parks have been lately. However, DW and I commented numerous times throughout the week that the parks weren't even close to being as crowded as they were when we were there in 2006 during the same time period. We were at MK on 6/3 and stayed until after Wishes. Our bus driver on the way back to the resort said attendance that day was 28,000 at MK. It's my understanding that MK can hold at least 60,000. We were usually at the parks at opening (normal opening - no EMHs) and walked on to all but the "headliner" attractions. Headliner attractions were easily managed with fastpasses. The crowds seemed to "ebb and flow" throughout the day. Many times an attraction that had a 30-40 minute wait would have a 5-10 minute wait an hour or two later. Crowds on Saturday/Sunday were much heavier, but still very manageable.
Weather was awesome - mid 80's everyday with the typical Florida mid-afternoon shower almost everyday.
