I got up early on my phone in date and still didn't get everything I wanted. When on-line opened up, I was able to go in at various times of the day (several different days) and get what I wanted and cancelled the others I had made that I didn't really want but took because I couldn't get anything else. So, it isn't necessarily going on-line just at 6:00 a.m. Just keep checking back and something will probably open up. I was beginning to get distressed because I couldn't get anything for dinner at Ohana's before 10:00 p.m. That is too late for us to eat and we were hoping to catch Wishes from there at dinner time. I finally got a 5:00 reservation the other day. That is a little earlier than I wanted but I'll take it! We can always go to the beach to watch. Same with Le Chefs and Crystal Palace. Just keep checking back. Things do open up. I am like the others, I don't know why these aren't available on the phone but wonder how they are checking. It is time consuming to call, be put on hold, and wait for them to check when you can do it on-line yourself quickly. Then call later and check to make sure all your reservations got through under your name. When I called about this yesterday, he didn't go through all of them, just said you have 9 reservations, which I did. I will check closer to the time to make sure they are the exact reservation I made but that is what I am pulling up under confirmation #s. I am satisfied.

It is nice to know Disney really values their DVC members... The least they could do is open phone lines at 6:00AM for DVC members knowing full well we cannot book online... But, I guess I shouldn't expect any more from them... What do they care???
I think the phone should open for those who used a TA or are DVC. I started calling at 5 minutes to 7 and kept redialing. I had a 30 minute wait and completely got shut out of a couple of ADRs I wanted and got the last one on 2 of them during my trip.

Now we can't even book ADRs online along with everyone else...
I think emails to Jim Lewis are in order... Make phone calls, send letters, send emails... Maybe if we complain loud enough, they will start opening the phone lines an our early until the problem is resolved...
If you post the email address to complain to... I'll do it.
They either need to...
A: fix the problem
B: open the online system at 7 am
C: open the phone lines at 6 am

I made our resies online Sunday morning and wow I coulden't believe how easy it was. The only problem was I had to still call to get a resie at BBB for our DD. That took me 45 minuets just to get through and they said it would be a 9 min wait and I waited 45 min. I got a great reservation though!!!

Received my email response from Member Services:
Hello Robert,
Thank you for contacting Member Services.
Disney Vacation Club Members can book dining reservations "90+10" days
in advance of their resort reservation by calling the Disney Reservation
Center (beginning at 7 a.m. EDT) or Member Services (beginning at 9 a.m.
EDT). The new online system is in its early phase and there are segments
that the system currently does not recognize. These have been identified
and we are actively working towards solutions.
Sincerely,
Buffy

Of course, DVC members are getting the shaft... This is typical greedy Disney lately.. Take the money from DVC members, but forget them when ti comes time for online ADRs, better AC in the rooms, free dining plans, among a few other things...

Cindy's B'fast
My 16 yr old and i have been to DW numerous times but never have tried to book Cindy's b'fast as it seemed too much trouble. We are leaving in 3 weeks and I decided a couple days ago to see what was available. I was surprised and excited to be able to book Cindy's breakfast on the Saturday morning we are leaving! Great way to close out the vacation...

I woke up this morning thinking that I was going to be CALLING WDW Dine at 7:00 because I booked through MJ. I had some spare time to kill so I decided to mess around with the online tool. When I tried typing in my confirmation number... IT WORKED!!! I don't know if this is a new thing this morning or if no one has noticed it yet. After thinking I could only book for +5 days I noticed it let me book my entire 7 day vacation!
I was able to get every restaurant I wanted and only had to take a "so-so" time on Coral Reef, 2:25 p.m. All in all... i'm so stinkin' happy! I even managed to get a 4:30 p.m. for Le Cellier! Woo hoo!

Even though I have my reservations booked, I decided to try it out and my MJ-booked reservation worked too.
Disney finally fixed something.

Yessssss! I tried entering my December DVC reservation number this morning, just to see if it would finally work, and it did! Woohoo! Let's hope this isn't a temporary fluke in the system, and that Disney actually fixed the problem permanently!

Tried mine this morning and it worked as well. Still cannot book until July 13th, but, at least it is now working.

Worked for me too! A little too late since I made my ADRs Monday, but I was able to pull up the ADRs I had online and check for availability on some of the days I had to switch around. No luck, but I'm okay with what I have and I'm just glad to know it works!

I put in my MJ confirmation # and it came up but I couldn't figure out how to associate it with my dining reservations and pull them up under this #. Any clues?

really mad here...
it pulled up my ressie on line but it will only let me book a reservation for the first day and not the rest of the trip. I booked through MJ.
Am I doing something wrong???
P.S. I know today is the correct day to make ADR's

I can't pull up my MJ-generated reservation online. I enter my MJ confirmation number, but I keep getting a message that says "Sorry, we are unable to display your reservation at this time. Please try again later." I've tried this with my phone number and MJ's. I had to make my September ADR's over the phone, I guess I'll be doing the same w/my November ADR's...SIGH
