Jan 2-4 trip

We are going to be at the parks Jan 2-4 on a last minute planned trip. We were down there 6 years ago at the same time and the crowds were very low. Is that still the case that time of year? We had been told that New Years eve and day were crowded. Just wanting to to prepared for what to expect.

I've had a hard time getting any reservations for table service. I have one 8:00 PM reservation so far, but w/ a 3 & 6 year old we may end up needing to cancel. That scared me that the crowds may not be as low this time of year anymore. Any thoughts would be appreciated!

Well normally the crowds will be less after New Years day since the people who have kids will visit during the Winter Break from Christmas to New Years. However with New Years 2010 being on a Friday schools won't be back in session until Monday the 4th so I would expect there to be heavy crowds until the 3rd.
