Re-order photopass not available?

I found the link to pre-order a photopass, but it says you can only recieve this offer through an email Disney sends you? I just went to WDW in October and had no problem pre-ordering my photopass cd, so does anyone know why it changed and how in the world I can get an email to pre-order it? I'm leaving for WDW in 3 weeks and really need to get this done!

If you booked through Disney, you will probably be getting an e-mail any day. If you booked through a TA, I would call and bug them about it.

Many folks were "pre-ordering" after their trip (on-site and off-site guests), so by offering the pre-order to guests staying on-site it becomes a perk to get heads in the beds.

I think it's $50 off the price now, not a set price, so if the price goes up, it's all the same to Disney.

We always book through Disney, but I don't know if we received an email. My dad usually books us and he never mentioned about an email. Is there any way to get another one?

You should get the e-mail if you book directly with Disney. If you booked through a travel agent, your travel agent will need to contact Disney photo pass to confirm you will be staying on-site. Your travel agent will be provided with a code number for you which you will use (when you return from your vacation) in order to get the discount (pre-order) pricing.

I have received a couple of e-mails since booking through Disney, but I don't think I've seen the pre-order for the photopass. Can anyone please tell me what to look for in the e-mail so that I don't miss it?

We will be at WDW in 4 weeks and just received our package information, luggage tags, etc, from WDW Travel last week. In that there is a PhotoPass card to preregister before you go and it says that once you register you will receive information about specials, etc. I don't know if anything has changed and if you may have to do that in order to get the preorder price or not. I just preregistered, so we shall see.

I did the same about two weeks ago and have not received anything yet. We leave early Saturday morning so sure hope we hear something this week. We have not done the PhotoPass before but our daughter has and we decided to take full advantage of it this trip.
