    Default I have 53 PINS

I took them all out today to admire!! And then I took the time to start writng down and categorize them. SHOCK- I don't have a pin for the MK. How could that be? I also don't have any dated for 2001, 2002 or 2006 when I visited. Bummer! I only have 6 ride pins. There are alot of rides/attractions that I love, how did I not get a pin for them I love villians but only have 2 of those and I have NO princess'. Maybe I can count the movie pins for Cinderella, Snow White and Mulan in that category!!
I can't wait to get back the WORLD for more PINS!!

Sounds like you need to go back ASAP to get some of those missing pins.

I'm going to do this for DS14. He had one of the smaller pin collector books but got the big one for Christmas. As I move his pins I'm going to make a list to avoid any more doubles for future trips.

    Default Pins

I have over 1000 but I started collecting in 1996 and trading in 2000. I have 4 portfolios stuffed full. I go after cast members and the vast majority of my pins are CLs and HMs. I keep my commons in a separate portfolio because those are available to trade.

I have 75 pins. Which I think is pretty good figuring that I'm only 16. What I do to make sure that I have a pin for every year is that I buy the pin for the theme of the year I go. This way not only do I know what year I went but what the theme for that year. I have all diffrent pins.

Well, I came home with 4 more from my AUG trip. Then I took them all out again and now put all of my EPCOT related pins on my one and only lanyard. It's hanging on my closet doorknob for me to see everyday. If I get back next year, I'm wearing it!! And buying a new lanyard for my MK themed pins

DD has 2 of the large pin books, the second one is just about half full (that will change after our trip, I'm sure!). She collects all sorts of pins. I have 2 lanyards hanging from the mirror in my bedroom. I personally collect resort pins (it was just resorts i was staying at, but that was a very slow-growing collection so I expanded it to resorts we visit), special events pins (MNSSHP, F&W, etc.) and any other "specials" that catch my eye. Like, I have the whole collection of Mickey-headed people and pets (like the window stickers).

we purchase pins from ebay to let our kids trade with castmembers. We buy 200 at a time and pay around .64 cents each. Out of the 200 we typically find about 50 - 70 pins that are new and we keep and take the rest with us for trading.

This year we were able to get the complete HM A-Z pin set from castmembers! it's a lot of fun!

Am I a huge disney fan? YOU BETCHA! I blame it all on my parents! They are the one's that walked around Disneyland all day to induce labor! Yep, I've been going to Disneyland since the day before I was born!

I have about 80 pins and I'm only 17! I put mine in shadowbox-like things so then I can see all of them at once! My mom actually thought of the idea and it works great! I like the idea of organizing them and writing down the pins so then there is no risk of getting doubles though!
