I think I would have to go for beignets, too. So sad. Just got back from POR and absolutely forgot to walk over to POFQ for beignets. I must be losing my mind.
We were going to go over one night after DHS, but a fiasco ensued after eating at Pizza Planet, that the idea of food just shot right out of our minds, mouths, etc.

I'd eat my own shoe if I could just be at WDW right now! 
However, since it is dinner time, and if given a choice, I'd love to eat somewhere I could use chopsticks, like the Sunshine Seasons Food Faire, Yak and Yeti, or Nine Dragons. I'm in the mood for something noodley!
