Old Key West Grand Villa

Could anyone give me some details on the spaciousness of a Grand Villa at Old Key West. We are throwing some ideas around for our family and were thinking it might be nice for us to rent the unit. There will be 14 of us (two of which are under 3).

We're staying in a GV at OKW in just 46 days (not that I'm counting). I've done a lot of research on the villa... it's 2 stories high and is always located on the 2nd floor. Most buildings at OKW don't have an elevator, so that could be a problem for some folks. It has 3 bedrooms and 4 full baths (the 4th bathroom isn't attached to a bedroom and has a shower). It looks very large from pictures (has about 2200 sq. ft). There is a large balcony that can be reached from the common living area and the master suite. If you google "Old Key West Grand Villa floor plan" under images, you'll get your pick of floor plans to look at. If you google "old key west resort map grand villa" you'll get, in the third row of choices, a map of the resort that tells you which buildings have a Grand Villa. The map you'll be looking for has some buildings outlined in red and yellow. If you google allears, it will take you to an awesome site that has great pics of the resort and a refurbished Grand Villa. Hmmmm.... what else? I know I'm totally psyched about it!!! Oh, and I just noticed... 2 of your party are under the age of 3, right? Because I think the Grand Villas sleep 12, age 3 and up....

Those units sleep 12 plus just one child under 3 years of age....

Stayed in one back many years ago. Very spacious, but we didnt have 14 people. We might have had 11.

Okay cousins have decided to go with a friend's condo off site. Crazy I know but they have a fabulous offer.

Not sure if Uncle and other cousin (29) would like to do the grand villa with us.

That would put the total to 6 adults and our 4 children (14, 6, 4, and 2)

Funny how much easier it was to decide on a resort before we tried the villas!!! DVC membership is going to be a must soon!!!
