odd DME question

I have never done DME, but think I understand it.
My question is this, I will be flying down on Dec 3rd with my crew of 5 plus my nephew. My nephew is not on my reservation, his family is staying somewhere else and arriving later that day.

He has never flown so his parents agreed to let him come down with us and hook up with them later. He won't have any bags but would need a ride from the airport to the hotel with me.

Will there be a problem, or will they even notice if I have an extra kid in my group for DME?

They would definitely notice as you give your voucher to the bus driver when you get on. My suggestion is that you call DME and explain the situation. I wouldn't think it would be a problem since this is a child we're talking about.

If he's on a reservation to arrive at Disney the same day, there should be no problem with registering him to take Magical Express. He is entitled to a ride to the resort the day he checks in and a ride to the airport the day he checks out.

Who should I try to call to get approval

I would still imagine that, given the circumstances, they will allow your nephew to travel with you on the Magical Express bus. I'd call Magical Express Express, explain your situation, and request that your entire party be allowed to travel to your resort together.
