No doctor on site, just paramedics as stated. The Reedy Creek paramedics also can get to a park and transport very quickly if necessary. If a doc is needed they take you to Celebration hospital, which is just off-site.

In the park they are nurses in the centers that speak with drs via phone. They will transport you if necessary. If you are at your resort on property you can have a dr come out to you. Upon check in you can get all your emergency options from your resort check in desk or just go to one of the hospitals that are in the area. Depending on your condition they will send you to a hospital that may fit your needs better.
