Where can you email Disney to request a recipe?? On our trip in November we had some amazing dishes that I wanted recipes for. I have searched the internet for a few days and cannot find the exact ones. Any idea??

There is a whole recipe page right here in Intercot in Info Central. Also, if you post what you're looking for it's very possible one of our folks has the recipe if it's not on that page already.

I've checked the recipes page here and looked everywhere I can think of....can't find them anywhere so I'll take a stab at posting here, thanks!

Here is what we were looking for:

Braised Short Rib and Gnocchi from Cape May Buffet

Corned Beef Hash with Cornbread from Boma Breakfast (may have been a Corned Beef Bobotie, but it had a cornbread type topping)

    Cheese Soup from Biergarten

And I know this one is probably almost impossible, but the LeFou's Brew from Gaston's Tavern, I absolutely loved it!!!

The LeFou's brew is probably the easiest. It's simply frozen apple juice (you can do this with an ice cream maker...just make slush), a squirt of Torani Toasted Marshmallow flavored syrup (easy to find). The passionfruit mango foam is also produced by a vendor, but probably not easy to find. Maybe put in a scoop of passion fruit/mango sorbet.

The other recipes can either be found online, or you may write or call the restaurant directly and ask. They are usually willing to provide recipes if you ask.

Thank you for the LeFou's Brew.....I can't wait to try it!!

How would I find out where to write to the restaurants themselves?? Or a phone number?? Would I just call the resort directly and ask to be transferred to the restaurant?

Your best bet with this kind of request is to make it while you are at the restaurant. The chefs at numerous places have recipes pre printed and ready to hand out for several dishes.

At this point, you're best off writing an actual letter (include a postage paid return envelope) to the physical resort. ATTN: (insert restaurant name here)

That's how I'd go about it. It's difficult to reach the restaurant chefs any other way.

I have the recipe for the corned beef with corned bread topping from Tusker House. Maybe it's similar (or the same) as the one at Boma? I'll PM you the link to it.

I've asked for recipes (via email) a couple of times from Disneyland restaurants. One recipe was emailed back to me, the other they stated was not a propriatory recipe that they do not hand out.
