When should I call to link DME to flight?

I bought my vacation package and flight for May and United has already changed the itinerary twice. I wanted to call WDW travel and link my flight to the Magical Express but right before I did I got an E-mail telling me my flight itinerary has changed again.
Ok, how long should I wait to call WDW for May? Any advice.

Wait until a week before. All they have to do is make an update in the system. They already know you are coming in.

I was wondering if it was OK to wait or if they wanted the info right away. This way I don't have to worry about the flight changes every week or so. Thank you for the info.

I put the info in as so as I book the flight, so I get the luggage tags...you can always update the flights at anytime. If the flight number does not change, they will get the updates anyway.

Unless the flight time change is significant or the flight number changes, I have not notified Magical Express. We have never had a problem.
