No ADRs possible for lunch, since lunch is basically counter service. just wait in the line. I thought the food and atmosphere were both outstanding, just depends on how long you are willing to wait in line. When I went in January it was a 30 minute wait and for me it was worth it

Was so confused as to how lunch works, so I did some research.

Everyone stands in one line to enter the castle. Then your group orders the same way you do at most CS locations (except I think you can order from a touch-screen instead of a person?). Then you pay for your order and are handed a "magic rose."

You proceed to the soda station to get your own drinks, and then pick up your own utensils. Then you pick wherever you want to sit.

Your "magic rose" will alert the servers as to where you're sitting and they'll deliver your food to you.

I think that's right?? Can't wait to try it! Won't be bothering with dinner; only ADRs available were for 8:30pm or later.

they had both touch screen and people taking orders when i was there. they gave u the rose, show to a table then u got your beverages and utensils and waited for the food. as i said it wasnt too bad, but it was a wait
