    Default My Disney Experience

Do all dinning reservations need to be done through the DE app or can I do it the old way on their website?

You can do them either way.

I do it on the website then check on MDE to confirm that I can see the reservation on the app. Never had any issues doing it this way.

I just made 2 ressies this morning and did it on the website. Checked my MDE app and they were both there. Surprised to see them there so quickly.

Since I've been living in the stone age and never had a smartphone until 2 weeks ago, can someone tell me how to find the app? I know I go to "apps" but what do I look for?

On my iPhone, go to app store, search, type in
Walt Disney World. Should get many options. MDE is the first one that came up on my phone. should be able to down load now.

Thank you Jodie. I had to have one of my daughters do it for me but now have it!

I am coming up on 180 days on Saturday. Am I still able to call and make my dining reservations at 7am Est? I think that is so much faster than using MDE when there are several to make at one time. Does anyone else still prefer calling or is this even an option anymore?
    Thanks!

Yup. you can still call. I used to be of the same mind as you with booking by phone, but honestly, I now find just booking on line just as easy if not faster. Notice I did not say using MDE , book online at disneyworld.com. For our two week summer trip I had everything booked within fifteen minutes using the website. Afterwards I would use MDE and confirm that the reservations we available to view on MDE.
