I'm looking at the in room guide right now, and the bounce back offer listed is as follows:
Book before you check out! And enjoy the free Disney Dining Plan when you book a non-discounted 6 night/7 day package that includes a room at select Disney moderate, deluxe, and deluxe villa resorts and tickets with park hopper, or water park fun & more options.
There is no mention of an offer for the Values in this particular guide, but one may exist for guests staying at a Value resort (the fine print wording kinda indicates that). There are the usual disclaimers of limited availability and not all resorts and all room types are available for this offer.
Dates of the offer are for arrivals most nights 5/31-6/7/2016 and 8/26 - 10/1/2016
hope this helps.

I thought that was interesting too.
I think it does apply to the values, but you only get the quick-service plan, not the regular dining plan at a value.
We just booked a bounce back for a cabin - I've wanted to try one for a while now, and since French Quarter was totally blacked out, it seemed like the right time.

You're probably right. The fine print specifically excludes AOA Little Mermaid rooms (why mention the Values is there wasn't some offer for them) and only details the regular dining plan. The guide that was in our room (BCV) was obviously targeted for guests staying at deluxe resorts, as all the pictures were of the deluxe resorts or Coronado Springs. ![Mickey](images/smilies/mickey.gif)

Last year when we went we stayed in a value resort and the bounce back offer was the same as you told me. Moderate or deluxe resorts get free dining during certain dates. I think they normally just put the offers out for anyone not offers for certain hotels.
-
So I guess I would ask is there anyone at Disney World now in a value resort who can tell us what the bounce back offer is right now??? That way we will know if they put certain offers for certain hotels in the room.

I can tell you that when we were there 2 weeks ago (at Wilderness Lodge), the bounce back offer wasn't that great. First, no standard rooms were available at WL for either period so if I booked for next year it would have been $1,100 more than what I paid this year. I decided to pass on it and try buying the annual pass and see what discounts I could get on rooms and just eat at table service restaurants a few times (maybe even eat off property). My cousin who is a Florida resident may be going next year and she can get us discounts on the room.

We just returned on Sunday and we booked the bounce back offer at CBR for us and our kids. We check in Oct 1 for 6 nights and we were allowed to book 3 rooms. We are so excited!!!!!!!

WOW, that's great! I think if my dates were flexible I could have gotten a better deal.

We were at All Star Movies Sept 4 & 5. The bounce back offer is as Fagorn reported. Nothing for the value resorts even though the fine print reads the art of animation and little mermaid rooms are not included.

I just checked out on Saturday and I booked the bounceback before leaving. We booked Pop Century for 2 weeks in Sept 2016. Because it is a value, we got free QS dining. They do offer it for values, they just advertise the moderates/deluxe with the free regular dining plan.
